Start your journey with a introductory 30-minute session. This is an opportunity for us to connect, explore your intentions, and discuss how attention and mindfulness training can support you in living with greater ease and presence.

    • Space to share what you’re seeking and ask questions.

    • A short, guided practice tailored to your needs.

This session is completely free, with no obligation. It’s my way of welcoming you into this practice.

Attention & Awareness Training

A personalized approach to developing awareness, attention, and deep care in your life.

What’s Included:

  • A customized plan based on your intentions and needs

  • Guided meditations, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices tailored to you

  • Personalized recaps summarizing key session insights and practices

  • Home practice plans designed to support your growth between sessions

  • Text and email support available between sessions

  • Optional custom guided meditations created for your unique journey

  • Sessions available online or in person, depending on location

Session Length: 60 minutes

These teachings and practices are offered in the spirit of dāna—a word meaning “giving” or “gift.” Dāna is a foundational practice: teachers offer the teachings freely, and the community supports them through acts of generosity.

This is a sacred exchange that honors mutual care and support.
